uncombinable data heaps

The Old

Machine data collection is often very expensive and inefficient. Requesting the data from only a handful of datapoints involves hiring several experienced PLC programmers, and takes a long time. Furthermore, customers often end up with multiple different data heaps or excel tables with uncombinable data from each machine. This makes communication and automation between PLCs from different brands almost impossible.

Our solution

The New

FactoryNebula offers a simple worker device you can easily configure with any plc. All data from each plc is transferred to a universal format. Communication between PLCs is also made possible through this universal format. All the data can be collected in one central location and displayed on a dashboard. No more hassle with different files, formats and systems!
